yourSAQsucks.com ("we," "our," "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when you use our Security Assessment Questionnaire review service.
1. Information We Collect
Uploaded Documents
When you use our SAQ review tool, you upload a document file (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, or CSV) containing your vendor Security Assessment Questionnaire. We extract text content from this document for analysis purposes.
Automatically Collected Information
We collect standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, and access timestamps. We also use Google reCAPTCHA v3, which may collect usage data as described in Google's privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To analyze your uploaded SAQ document and generate a quality assessment report
- To provide the results of the analysis to you via a unique URL
- To prevent abuse of the service via reCAPTCHA verification
- To improve the quality of our analysis tool
3. Document Handling
Uploaded files are temporarily stored on our servers during processing. The original file is deleted from our servers immediately after text extraction is complete. Extracted text content is sent to our AI analysis provider (Anthropic) for processing. The AI-generated assessment results are stored in our database so you can revisit your results.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your uploaded documents or their contents to any third parties beyond what is necessary for the analysis service.
4. Third-Party Services
Anthropic (Claude AI)
We use Anthropic's Claude API to analyze the text content of your uploaded SAQ. Anthropic processes this data under their API terms of service and does not use API inputs to train their models.
Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect against automated abuse. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to this usage.
5. Data Retention
Assessment results are stored in our database to allow you to revisit your results using the unique URL provided. We periodically purge old submissions. Original uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls on our database systems.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your assessment results at any time by contacting us. Since we do not require account creation, we do not store personal information beyond what is described above.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
